2.4 App Activity

Within the App, we may process:

• In-app search history (e.g., searching products, invoices, or customers)

2.5 Camera and Barcode Scanning

When you use the camera to scan a barcode, the image data is processed ephemerally on your device and is not stored or transmitted to our servers, except for the decoded barcode value needed to perform the requested action.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• App functionality: To operate core features such as managing products, invoices, inventory, and store data.
• Account management: To create, manage, and authenticate user accounts.
• Security and fraud prevention: To protect accounts, verify identity using OTP codes, and detect suspicious activity.
• Diagnostics and performance: To monitor app stability, fix bugs, and improve reliability.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, nor do we sell your data.

We do not share your personal data (such as name, email, phone number, or store data) with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Your data may be processed by service providers strictly for:

• Hosting and backend infrastructure
• Secure email delivery (e.g., sending OTP codes)
